Sametime Entry 8.5.2 server starts. But ports 1516 and 1533 cannot be connected.

Reproducible: Always

Lotus Sametime Entry 8.5.2 server has been installed. The server starts; and at the console it is reported that the start has been successful. However, soon after, certain error messages are displayed. These are reproduced below:

It is also seen that Notes Sametime client and iNotes Sametime Awareness cannot be connected on ports 1533 and 1516, respectively.

Need help to solve this please.
